Every page includes a to-do list on the front with a prompted journaling page on the backside.
This can be used daily, weekly, or whatever you choose.
All pages were designed and handwritten by SMACK, including three sticker pages.
The two sticker pages add a fun, color twist to SMACK's black and white branding.
This {to-do} journal is spiral bound on the top to prevent your hand from hitting the sides.
It is the perfect size, 7" wide x 9.25" high and banded together at the bottom to prevent bending of pages.
